Marketing that shows up as enrollments, not a report of clicks.

Search, ads, reviews and intake routing for multi-location healthcare operators. Every inquiry tracked from first click to enrollment, by location, in a portal you can open on your phone.

Three verticals. One intake problem.

A family looking for an ABA provider, an adult searching for an IOP program, and a daughter touring assisted living at eleven at night all decide the same way. They search, they read the reviews, and they go with whoever picks up first. Pick your door.

We started as a general SEO shop. The healthcare accounts pulled ahead of everything else because these businesses have long sales cycles, five- and six-figure lifetime values, and an intake step where most of the value quietly leaks out. We built for that step. We take on other specialty practices only when the intake model is the same.

What clients say when nobody from Lukrah is in the room.

★★★★★
They're not a vendor. They're part of the operation. They built a system across all our locations and just kept improving it. The quality of families coming in, the consistency of the pipeline. It's not something we had before.

Health flips on its own.
Green, yellow or red by location, driven by speed to lead and cost per enrollment. You see it the same hour we do.
02
Every inquiry has a clock.
Form submitted, routed, first call, benefits verified, assessment booked. Timestamped, per coordinator, auditable.
03
You close the loop monthly.
Mark each inquiry enrolled, waitlisted or disqualified. That one habit is what makes the cost-per-enrollment number real.

Four things we ask of every client.

They're written into the agreement. If your intake can't meet them yet, we'll tell you what to fix before we take your money.

1
Answer the phone live during business hours.
A full voicemail box is where enrollments go to die.
2
Call or text every web lead within 15 minutes.
Our routing starts the clock. The portal records the time.
3
Mark every inquiry's outcome once a month.
Enrolled, waitlisted or disqualified. Five minutes per location.
4
Send the review request after every intake.
Below 4.7 stars, families scroll past you no matter what we spend.

Lifetime revenue per enrollment uses conservative gross program averages (ABA $75,000, PHP/IOP $35,000, senior living $120,000): revenue, not margin, not a guarantee. Cost per enrollment is the retainer plus typical ad spend for the plan (ad spend billed to you directly by Google), divided by enrollments: the same definition the portal reports. Bring your own numbers to the call.

Client names on request. Here's the shape of the work.

ABA · multi-state providerPer-center location pages, per-market ad landing pages and insurance-first routing into one admissions team. $25k to $35k a month in managed spend.
ABA · regional networkSite rebuild plus a diagnostic evaluation page per center, so the clicks that arrive are ones intake can actually enroll.
Senior living · assisted living communityCommunity pages, review automation and tour booking aimed at the adult child doing the research, routed to the on-duty director.
"A clinical director should never have to guess what their marketing partner is doing, or what it's bringing in. If I can't show you cost per enrollment, I haven't earned the retainer."

Questions we get on every call

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes, whenever you need one. Many of our clients' compliance teams require it, and we'll sign yours or ours before we touch a form or call log. Either way, no PHI goes to ad platforms.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Retainers are month to month with 30 days notice. Landing pages, ad accounts, tracking numbers and portal data belong to you from day one.

Do you work outside ABA, behavioral health and senior living?

Our focus is those three. We take on other specialty practices selectively when the intake model is similar, and we will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

How fast can we launch?

Launch is day 25. Intake days 1 to 3, tech handoff by day 7, build through day 18, QA and a controlled ramp to day 25. Nothing goes live until routing, tracking and the portal have been checked against real test inquiries.

Do you replace our current agency or work alongside them?

Replace, usually. We need the ad accounts, the Business Profiles and the intake routing to report cost per enrollment. We can run alongside an in-house team.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your Google Business Profiles, ad accounts and analytics, a named intake contact per location, and someone who will mark inquiry outcomes once a month.

Who owns the ad accounts and landing pages?

You do, from day one. If we part ways, everything stays with you: domains, pages, ad accounts, tracking numbers and portal data.

Can we see the portal before we sign?

Yes. On the qualifying call we walk through a live account with names blurred.

What happens if we can't meet the four standards?

We tell you, we help fix it for a month, and if it can't be fixed we pause the retainer rather than spend your ad budget into voicemail.

The people on your account.

Matis sets strategy on every account. These are the people who run it day to day. No offshore handoffs: the person on your kickoff call is the person on your account in month six.
